WIN draws upon its expansive employer networks, and analysis on credential alignment and skills needed to stand up programs quickly.
These partnerships have been developed over decades by the North Central New Mexico Economic Development District (NCNMEDD), the Regional Development Corporation (RDC) and Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) through developing training programs, conducting outreach, and helping to support regional economic development efforts.
