Bringing mobile Skilled Trades training to Northern New Mexico.

The Mobile Training Unit (MTU) will bring Skilled Trades training to remote areas of Northern New Mexico with a focus on apprenticeship readiness and full-time employment via its 3 week training programs in rural and tribal communities.

WIN is calling! Join us for our second biannual convening.
November 2 & 3, 2023
El Monte Sagrado, Taos, New Mexico
Leaders, employers, support organizations, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders will gather for two days to discuss workforce opportunities and solutions in north-central New Mexico.

HEALTHCARE + SKILLED TRADES EMPLOYERS + SUPPORT SERVICES will identify and strategize priorities, opportunities, and solutions for moving participants through the WIN program and into meaningful employment.

EMPLOYERS will gain support and actionable ways to build the workforce in this region.
- STAKEHOLDERS who seek to boost their communities’ economic vitality will develop and strengthen relationships.
- SUPPORT SERVICE providers will test drive the new closed loop referral system for participant-client support.
