Henry Bartholomay
Senior Partner, Opportunity@Work

Opportunity@Work’s mission is to rewire the U.S. labor market so STARs—workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes—can regain upward mobility, enriching their careers and communities. Over the next decade, we aim to enable this for 1 million STARs by opening up 10 million jobs, boosting STARs' earnings by more than $100 billion.

Henry Bartholomay is committed to increasing economic mobility and developing a workforce system that recognizes the power of all its participants. As a Senior Manager of Policy Partnerships, Henry is focused on helping public sector leaders recognize the value STARs bring to their workforce and increasing economic mobility for STARs via practice change, policy-making, and implementation of skills-based hiring strategies. He supports existing and growing partnerships in the policy and public sector ecosystem, with a focus on the advancement of opportunity for STARs in the public sector, and changing practice among public sector organizations to reach STARs and fill their most pressing workforce demands.

In his free time, Henry writes music and enjoys exploring California’s abundance of beautiful hiking trails.

Workforce development, behavioral health integration, and strategies to strengthen rural healthcare systems.

  • 2025 Healthcare Employer Needs Assessment presentation

  • Community Health Worker (CHW) presentations: Learn and understand the necessary training components of CHWs and how to successfully utilize CHWs in healthcare organizations.

  • Licensed and certified Behavioral Health Providers can earn 2.5 FREE Continuing Education Credits by participating in WIN. Innovative Executive Quality Solutions, LLC. has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7366. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Innovative Executive Quality Solutions, LLC. is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs. We encourage you to check with your individual board to verify acceptance of credit.

SKILLED TRADES:

Enhance collaboration among employers, educators, and support providers by highlighting innovative approaches and best practices.

  • Learn to leverage our region’s great construction-related training programs for new skilled employees.

  • Take the opportunity to advise our program staff to build stronger programs that meet your needs.

Bringing mobile Skilled Trades training to Northern New Mexico.

The Mobile Training Unit (MTU) will bring Skilled Trades training to remote areas of Northern New Mexico with a focus on apprenticeship readiness and full-time employment via its 3 week training programs in rural and tribal communities.
